Terms of Service

By accessing or using Revro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service provides AI-powered tools for generating Roblox scripts, user interfaces, and Discord server configurations.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Revro, consistent with Roblox's and Discord's minimum age requirements.
• Parental Consent: Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• Account Responsibility: Parents or guardians allowing minors to use the Service are responsible for monitoring that use.

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@revro.dev.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

• All subscription fees and credit purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• For technical issues preventing use of the Service, contact support within 7 days. We may provide credit compensation at our discretion.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

• Your Content: You retain all rights to content you input and outputs generated from your prompts.
• No Warranty of Originality: We do not guarantee AI-generated outputs are fully original or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for verifying legality before use.
• License to Revro: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your inputs and outputs to provide, improve, and develop the Service. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics.
• Third-Party Platforms: Content generated for Roblox or Discord must comply with those platforms' Terms of Service. We are not responsible for enforcement actions by those platforms.
• Revro IP: The Service, software, branding, and documentation are owned by Revro. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

• We use Claude models (provided by Anthropic) to power AI generation. All API integrations and costs are handled internally as part of your subscription.
• Your use of AI features must comply with Anthropic's acceptable use policy.
• We reserve the right to change AI model providers with notice of material changes.

• The plugin connects your local Roblox Studio to our cloud service. Installation is optional.
• It may read your game's file structure to provide AI context. This data is transmitted securely.
• We are not responsible for any damage or data loss caused by plugin actions. Always maintain backups.
• Use of the plugin must comply with Roblox's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

• You must have server administrator permissions to authorize the bot. You are responsible for all actions it takes in your server.
• All bot-generated content must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may remove the bot at any time. This does not entitle you to a refund.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

You agree not to use Revro to:

• Create malicious code, exploits, or scripts designed to harm or gain unauthorized access
• Generate content that violates Roblox or Discord Terms of Service, including harassment or hate speech
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract underlying AI models or proprietary algorithms
• Resell or white-label Revro services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Service beyond intended API usage
• Share account credentials or circumvent credit limits and plan restrictions
• Generate content infringing third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for illegal activities

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
• Beta features are provided "as-is" and may be unstable or change without notice.
• We may impose rate limits to ensure fair access and prevent abuse.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms. We implement industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revro, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

• Informal Resolution: Before formal proceedings, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting our support team.
• Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.
• No Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits, except where prohibited by law.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Revro is registered.

We may update these Terms and will notify you via email for material changes with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must cancel before changes take effect.

• By You: Cancel your account at any time via account settings. No refund is issued.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations or fraudulent activity.
• Survival: Sections on IP, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

• These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Revro.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
